Paige's Birthday Party

Today we had Paige's birthday party. She insisted in having a slip n slide party. I tried talking her into doing other things outside of our house. But there was no luck there. So we did the slip n slide party.We found a slip n slide with two sides so the kids could race. The kids seemed to have a lot of fun. I tried to make it as simple as possible, so we grilled hot dogs and had chips for the kids with capri suns. They seemed to be quite content. They had a great time playing on the slip n slide and playing in the pool. After a lot of getting wet and races on the slip n slide we had cake and Paige opened her presents. For their goodie bags I decided to give the kids flip flops. That seemed to be a big hit. It was a great day. I think Paige had a lot of fun. Which is all that matters.
