We were so excited to have my mom here to help us get our house packed up. But we had to make sure to take some time for fun. At least for the kids sake. These poor kids have been neglected due to packing and trying to get things in order. We took the kids to the pool early in the day saturday before my mom had to fly back home. BOO HOO! They had a really good time at the pool. They're like little fish in the water. Maren is fearless. She doesn't want anybody to hold her and it took everything we had to keep the swimming ring on her. She just kept stepping off the edge as if she could touch the bottom of the pool. She obviously thinks she's at least 3 1/2 feet tall. Close she's 38inches. But not quite close enough. Paige had a great time swimming around with the tube. And Abby had a great time diving for the rings and swimming from one side to another. Needless to say they were pretty worn out afterward. The girls had so much fun with G-Ma. She sure knows how to keep them entertained. They just love her and the attention she gives them. It is so wonderful to have grandparents for my kids that love to play with them and makes them feel so special. Thanks mom, we had a great time with you. Can't wait to see you again.

Hey I finally found your blog. So sad you're gone! Sorry you had to say bye to your mom. Mine just lives 10 minutes away and I sometimes take that for granted. Keep in touch!
I hope you love your new house. Moving is not fun at all, but it is nice to organize and get rid of stuff you forgot you have.
