So this last weekend Abby and Paige went to a cheerleading clinic. Abby has been asking to do cheer for the last few months now. Her friend is on a cheer squad and they were having a clinic so I signed them both up and figured this way she could see if it was really something she was interested in doing. I felt bad for Maren but it was only for kids 4-10. Although if you saw some of the kids there I think Maren was about a foot taller than some of them. So friday we dropped them off at 5 and then came back to see what they had learned at 8:30. It was so cute to watch them. The girls had so much fun. In fact that's all we've been hearing for the last few days is the cheers that they learned "F-I-G-H-T, FIGHT Knights FIGHT!" It's funny to listen to them. Even Maren has joined in on the cheers. I talked to the coach about Abby and she says that she is really good and caught on really quickly. So I guess we'll be signing her up for cheer next season. Abby is very excited but wishes she could start now. I'm glad they had fun, it was fun watching them.
