So when we got back from Utah we were home for a day and then Rich and I left to Vegas with our friends Brian and Penny. I had to work monday night so they picked me up on the way out of town. The drive there was not too bad. We got there, checked into our hotel took the tram to the end and decided to hit the town. We stayed in the Mandalay Bay Hotel. It was beautiful.
We went to this place called Cheeseburgers, Oh my goodness probably the best cheeseburger I've had. I guess they earned that name. After that we started walking. And we walked and walked and walked. We had to burn off some of those calories from the cheeseburgers. It is a good thing we walked so much because we ate very well while we were there. While we walked around we came to the M&M store. Who knew there could be so many M&M things to see. There were 4 floors to see. If you are looking for a color of M&M's that is the place to go. I guarantee they'll have the color you're looking for. But for a small fee. The were $11.99 a pound. I guess those die hard fans will pay that much. We decided to try the new flavor they have out strawberried peanut butter. We were all a little sceptical so I just got 1 little bag. I must say they weren't all that bad.

After the M&M store Rich and Penny really wanted to ride the rollercoaster at the New York New York hotel. Brian and I decided to sit that one out.
Later that night we decided not to do your traditional dinner and instead we headed to Serendipity to enjoy some yummy ice cream. It sure was worth it. We couldn't even finish it, it was so big and so rich.
After that we enjoyed the water show at the Belagio and went and walked through Ceasers Palace. After all of that we headed back to the hotel to go to bed. We were exhausted. What a day.
The next day we went to the Aquarium that was in our hotel and then hung out by the pool. Then that night we went to House of Blues for dinner and then walked the strip for a while and got some ice cream and then went back to the hotel and got a movie in our room and we all watched it together.
We had so much fun. Thank you to Jenn for watching our girls for us so we were able to go with Brian and Penny. We had so much fun. I think it may become a yearly thing for us to do. It was nice to get away from the girls for a little while. Even though we did miss them. It was a nice break. Thanks Brian and Penny for such a great time.
