Well since Rich got home we decided to throw him back into things. We went to our friends Brian and Penny and had a little family night of carving pumpkins, cinnamon rolls and hot apple cider. The kids had so much fun. But as you can imagine the pumpkin carving turned into the parents pumpkins. The kids did tell us what they wanted their pumpkins to be. We had a lot of fun just visiting and hanging out. After a while Maren and Rich ended up relaxing on the couch watching football. Thanks Brian and Penny for a fun homecoming for Rich and a great family night.
(Paige wanted everyone to notice her straight hair. She was over at Sarah's house during the day and talked Sarah into straightening her hair. She said she looked like us now.)Poor thing doesn't realize how lucky she is, and how many people want hair like hers.

So glad that Rich is home! How fun to spend time at Penny's. I LOVE Paige's hair straight. So cute! :)
Rich! Wow! You gave us a scare! Isn't it nice to know you are so loved! Jen you need a night out after all you've been through! I will check on you 2 soon!
Love, Stacey
Hope you weren't mad. But we had fun. Love the pics!
Ha! I found you! Love your blog and your girls are ADORABLE! Tell Paige(aka the little blog stalker) that her hair looks gorgeous! I am glad things are settling down for you guys!
Looks like a great time. I know what you mean about parent's end up doing all the carving. I am so happy Rich is back home with you all. So scary! I know I need to take extra time out to tell my hubby how much he means to me. We can never do it too much.
We had so much fun with you guys (that's a given). Hope it wasn't too much for poor Rich! Hope your Halloween was a good one!
Penny
