I can't believe school is out. I understand why parents always dreaded the summer time. It sure has been a crazy year for school. Paige went to pre-school at our elementary school. She qualified for speech therapy. Well with all the great teachers she had especially her favorite Ms. Natalie she got booted out for next year. So we have to figure out a different plan for pre-school next year. It's amazing that last year when school started she probably had a 50 word vocabulary.Well that's not a problem any more. Now the problem is getting her to be quiet. We are so greatful for the hard work of her teachers and speech thearapists. Abby just finished 1st grade. I can't believe she's already 7 years old. That means next year we'll be having a baptism. Unbelievable! Abby's teacher this year was Ms. Schneider. I know Abby will miss her, she was so fabulous to Abby and her needs. I'm so glad she's good for her teachers, I just wish we could figure out how to get that "angel" they call her to come out at home. She is reading up a storm. She loves to read everything and do little spelling bees. She's always saying " I can spell ...." and then spells it out. It is pretty funny. So I guess we'll see what 2nd grade has to offer. Until then we have a trip to Utah to enjoy. We've got to break up the heat some how. These are some pictures of Paiges graduation. Abby's class had a family picnic the last day of school but of course she was in one of her moods so no pictures were allowed to be taken.
